We had the pleasure of earning the trust of SOFPRINT GROUP AD, who assigned us a project for high-speed reading of markings on packaging with 2D Data Matrix barcodes.
The solution provided involved pre-programming the Datalogic M320 industrial scanner using the PowerScan 9630.
After reading the batch code, the M320 scanner begins monitoring the marking on the packaging. If an incorrect package is detected, the packaging feed is stopped automatically. A signal light turns red, and the operator removes the incorrect package.
The maximum speed at which we achieve reliable code reading is 7 m/s.
The implemented system led to process optimization and the elimination of errors in the production processes at SOFPRINT GROUP AD.
